Rules

✓ Maximum of 2 teams allowed from a college.

✓ Two members per team.

✓ Maximum time allowed will be 1 hour.

✓ A team must have 2 participants, one artist and the other subject (Model).

✓ Mehandi design must cover one hand and must be covered on both sides of the palm (palmer as well as the dorsal side of the hand).

✓ Topic: Bridal Mehandi.
